NYS RESCINDS $62,000.00 penalty

A HEAVY BURDEN IS LIFTED FROM A BROOKLYN FAMILY

Brooklyn, NY January 10, 2013:  A heavy burden is lifted from a Brooklyn family after Attorney Robinson Iglesias gets involved in their case and persuades the State of New York Bureau of Compliance to rescind a penalty of $62,000.00.  The family was distraught and ripped apart by a fine that would take them a lifetime to pay.  Mr. Iglesias argued that these penalties are fine for someone like Trump who has endless amount of money and credit at their disposal, but to burden a Brooklyn family with very little means would be a tremendous injustice.
