EQUAL ACCESS TO JUSTICE SYSTEM FOR LATINO CLIENTS

ATTORNEY ROBINSON IGLESIAS AND ELIOT S. MARTIN PROVIDE EQUAL ACCESS TO JUSTICE SYSTEM FOR LATINO CLIENTS

Brooklyn, NY NOVEMBER 28, 2013:  Court street Attorneys Robinson Iglesias Esq. and Eliot S. Martin Esq. are instrumental in winning an Adverse Possession claim for a Latin family, Maria Mendez.  The Honorable Judge Bernard Graham found that Petitioner has established the elements of Adverse Possession, notwithstanding the fact that the law had recently changed and made it more difficult for such claims to be won.

The judged found that Maria Mendez had established open, notorious, uninterrupted and hostile possession of the parcel of real property for greater than ten (10) years, as demonstrating the appropriate due diligence investigation of prior owners of the subject parcel in question. Mother and now owner of the Parcel Maria Mendez accredits Attorney Iglesias for allowing her equal access to the justice system.
